Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear declaration via email to:

3. Return of Goods

After withdrawing, please return the items within 14 days at your own expense. The return address will be provided after contacting our customer service.

Please ensure that the returned goods:

• are unworn and in perfect condition

• are returned in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories

4. Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the order. Refunds will not be issued if the goods are damaged or not in their original condition.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• custom made or personalized jewelry
